WHO ARE WE? is a Web3 strategy and progression-based game where players utilize NFTs, digital assets, and in-game systems to participate in activities such as guild progression, city control, quests, and other gameplay mechanics.
Players may acquire, use, and interact with digital assets including NFTs and tokens (such as $SPINFUN) across the broader BlockSpinGaming ecosystem.

The Services are continuously evolving. Features, mechanics, gameplay systems, and rewards may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4.1 Digital Assets Definition
The Services may allow you to acquire, use, or interact with blockchain-based assets ("Digital Assets"), including NFTs and tokens ("Virtual Tokens").

When you acquire a Digital Asset, you own the underlying token recorded on the blockchain. However, you do not own any associated intellectual property, artwork, or branding unless explicitly stated.

4.4 No Guarantee of Value

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use and interact with your Digital Assets within the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.2 Restrictions

5.3 Intellectual Property Ownership
All game content, including characters, artwork, game systems, design, and software, are owned by Dragon Dream Digital Ltd. or its licensors. Ownership of a Digital Asset does not grant ownership of underlying intellectual property.
